Do you make gluten or dairy free cakes?

Any flavor that we offer can be made gluten or dairy free with no extra charge. Each recipe is tested with gluten free flour as well to ensure that it will still be a great texture and taste. Martina’s favorite gluten free option is our chocolate cake– which is naturally dairy free as well!

The Evergreen kitchen is not celiac safe (i.e. we cannot give a 100% guarantee against cross-contamination), but we do our utmost to clean every utensil and surface area before and after working with any potential allergens. 

Can you deliver the cake to my event?

If your event is within Kittitas County, we are able to do weekend deliveries for an additional $50. If your event is outside of Kittitas County, or you need your cake on a weekday, we will work with you to schedule a pickup time and location.

For weekend weddings within Kittitas County, delivery is complimentary. We want to make your day as stress-free as possible!

Do you make vegan cakes? What about nut free?

At this time, we do not have any 100% vegan options– eggs are present in each cake recipe and our standard buttercreams.

Unless specifically requested (i.e. peanut butter buttercream, almond cake, coconut filling), we do not use nuts or nut products in any of our standard recipes. 

What is your most popular flavor combination?

Seasonal flavors always shine! Over the years, we’ve taken note of the most popular flavors overall and translated that into our signature cakes. The all-time crowd pleaser is The Sunrise– a light and fluffy vanilla cake with alternating layers of homemade raspberry jam and fresh lemon curd, all wrapped in a silky vanilla buttercream.
